ORACLE Signals: - Do not use signals for insider trading or market manipulation - Do not republish or redistribute signals without explicit agreement
SHADOW Analysis: - Do not use analysis for harassment or blackmail - Do not publish findings without appropriate context and disclaimers
OUTBOUND Voice AI: - Do not use for unsolicited marketing calls (spam) - Do not use for robocalls in violation of applicable telemarketing regulations (TRAI DND regulations in India, FTC TSR in the US, or equivalent local laws) - Ensure compliance with all applicable telemarketing and calling regulations
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage for violations
- Suspend or terminate access for violations
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, report it immediately to signal@metafloor.in with:
- Description of the violation
- Evidence (if applicable)
- Your contact information (optional, for follow-up)
